4 Months :D

It's been 4 months now since I last smoked and I finally don't have cravings any more and it barely crosses my mind.

I will admit that sometimes when out at a pub I think "I would like a cigarette", but the moment passes as quickly as it enters my head, whereas in the past it would have constantly niggled me all night.

I never ever thought I would quit!

I know this is going to be ongoing battle, not as hard as when I first started though. Just glad to be through the worse part of it. I'll look out for that nasty 6 month mark!

I promise laura6 the first 3 months are the worst, things definitely improve and time passes by much quicker then, you are doing fantastic and will feel these positive vibes very soon and don't forget your body is also undergoing a different illness along with stopping smoking too :)
