It also says I have not smoked 1075 fags. Omg I nearly vomited. That thought is making me gag.

Coping ok. HALT is coming in handy if I think I want a fag I see if it hunger anger lonely or tiredness that is the problem. Most of the time it is one of them. So makes it easier to deal with it and make the thoughts go.

Also had my first smoking dream ever. Researched this alot and its a good sign. Its means my brain is in recovery and re wiring itself.

Hubby has taken half day so out for posh lunch today to celebrate.

Ah laura6 - really delighted for you and can't believe how fast that month has passed by, you are working hard and it is paying off! Enjoy your posh lunch with hubby, very supportive of him.

Ah the smoking dreams, still have at least once a month and over 2 years stopped :O They say it is you craving a smoke in your sleep, but yes, it is a good sign and keeps us on the mindset how devastated we would be if reality.

It has gone quite quick thank god 😄 a couple of testing days, today being one of them. Enjoyed my lovely meal but it set off a want, so I played with the spinning top that was in my cracker haha Im such a big kid.

Iv never ever had a smoking dream. So Im thinking its because my brain knows its final this time and is testing me.

Thanks Roisin01 for your lovely words as always.

Nice one laura6 It's amazing when you see the cigs not smoked mount up isn't it? I still can't believe I would have smoked thousands of cigarettes in the time I've been off them (I think that makes sense)

Anyway, really pleased for you passing the month milestone and hope you enjoyed the slap-up feed!

Congrats, Laura. I rarely remember my dreams, but when they are set in the past I am often smoking.
