11 days all ready ............i so hope it wil stay like this ....little cravings ...... i can manage ...and i am starting to enjoy being a non smoker ....................please let it stay also after i stopped champix

So glad you are feeling good.it is great not smoking. We have to remember and package these thoughts for when further down the line we might hit a bad patch.

Also long as you tamper off the champix and not just stop it you should be fine. First time i did the whole course and was fine coming off it but 3 months later had a crisis and had a fag.

Second time came off it too early and started back within a week. X

Good to read miranda45 that things are going well and the champix is helping you, beware that YOU are doing the hard work at the moment not the champix, it is just taking the edge of the cravings, your mind should be able to cope with the cravings when you come off the pills, but as with all of us, be ready to attack at all times and especially when least expected

Ova started champic and on my 11th day and now since last night everytime I smell a fag or have one I throw up is this due to the tablets or could It be something else? lol

Welcome Gem-p and congratulations on beginning your journey with the aid of champix. We have many members here who successfully stopped using it. We look forward to seeing you on Day 1 very soon. Nausea is a very common side effect. Below pinned post is worth a read if not already done so:

still going very well not smoked a ciggie since i quit ....little cravings but good to do

yesterday i forgot my evening pill also so i think i am on the good way
