Week two for me also!! Cant beleive iv made it this far, well done to us all and keep positive !! this forum is fantastic I dont think I would have got this far if I didnt join this forum Anytime I have felt like giving in I have come on here and just read everyones stories, this has kept me focused and helped me not to give up and give in to the smoke deamon Well done to everyone still in the June quitters and to anyone who has given up, just set a new date and join us again !! Excellent work Sylvick! Keep it up. Not too far behind you - Day 6 for me. Definitely no physical urge now, just all the old triggers and 'false' memories of how wonderful smoking was. Which of course it was n't. Gonna stay stopped.
