I sit here thinking about things to rejoice about so here is one i'd like to share. Its pouring down rain today. And i mean all day! Plus its only 34 degrees out. At least im not outside smoking in it!

I honestly think giving up smoking KathieO is/was the best achievement of my life to be the happiest I have been in years since I stopped over 2 years ago, it certainly is a great feeling to be smoke free, keep that thought throughout your journey
