Hello all and good morning (its like 2 am here ) from the US. I had to tell this hilarious story from work earlier. I work in temptation a lot as i am a cashier at gas station with coworkers who all smoke and cigarettes in arms reach at all times. Well at my first smoke free shift towards the end of the night a customer runs in to let us know there is a fire outside! I just 🏃run out to see how bad it is and it turns out one of our ash trays has caught fire on the inside and smoke is pouring out from everywhere so i run back in to get water to attempt to pu it out . i run back out with the water and cant get the top of the bucket of so i start trying to pour water into the little holes at the top 😰 its not going well. At this point my coworkers come out each with a cigarette in their hand and start trying to help! Well we finally got the fire put out but eww that smell of cigarette butts on fire shoo that was not pleasant and i don't know why it strikes me as so funny but i just cant stop laughing about it and boy i don't ever wanna smell like that .so some good came out of it 😂😂 boy i am glad it was just in the can though

Amazing what happens in our lives that can sway us further from smoking! Just keep remembering that disgusting smell and it is!! Stay strong 💪👊🙌

Thank You! I feel a lot better today, resting helped a lot. I tried some yoga last night and the focus on breathing seemed to really help so im gonna try to find some more beginner yoga videos tonight.
