Had a friend over the other day who offered me a cigarette. So tempting, but I said no saying that I'm off cigarettes. Worked okay.

I smoked best part of 25 yrs. cold turkey since August , the smell makes me feel sick , it’s disgusting lol ..I find it very offensive now let alone contemplating having one ...

I now get the ( reformed smokers are worse ) expression Now !
