Quit smoking and anger...: Helloo to all... - No Smoking Day
Quit smoking and anger...
Welcome to our community misha_84 and congratulations on almost a month smoke free (can you confirm your quit date for your milestone badges).
The anger you are feeling is perfectly normal withdrawal and will pass, I promise, if drinking coffee try to cut it out, lots and lots of water and a trip to your local health food shop for herbal supplements to help with the anxiety and anger - let them know you have quit smoking and should be able to recommend supplements for you. Be kind to yourself too and take time out even if just 15 minutes....

Hi it sounds like stress as a carer I would often reach for the cigs when under pressure. Maybe look into some stress relief exercises buy a notebook write down everything that's bugging you then at least you have put it somewhere I often climb a hill or do something that exerts me to use up that adrenaline because that's what anger is good luck
