Melster...Truly..start at 40..!!! and only tell us on day 11 that you have quit..definately a late bloomer...But well done..!! and warm welcome ....

Champix is such a wonderful aid but can be so nasty..! I never experienced other side effects than the nausea...The evening one was OK but that morning one spoiled my day...I learned to ate something...I am not a breakfast eater but needed to eat a rusk, or banana, chocolates

Some Champix users leave the morning pill but I was afraid and pushed through..!! and up to date very glad I did...!

Hope you find the correct way but if possible do not stop taking the Champix and complete the 12 week course...

Thanks Hercu

I'm trying waking up early, take it, then back to sleep. Somewhat working, although sometimes the nausea wakes me. Also trying to wait a half hr after eating in the evening. That seems to work better for that one. Thanks for all suggestions & support! Onward through day 14 ...

Hi ! Day 14 & hanging in there. Nausea still an issue, feels like self induced morning sickness. Well I guess I'm in my first trimester ... toward healthy Twins! a pink pair of lungs again!

Best wishes to Y'all in your journeys

Great metaphor Melster , love it!!

Did you try taking the tablet(s) with nothing only water and a dry piece of toast, allow it to settle for about 5 minutes. If this tip is followed exactly like this, there should be no nausea.

Also, another tip is peppermint - sweets, gum or even peppermint oils.

As with all tablets, drink plenty of water throughout the day.
