Hello

Hey guys.. How have we been? Sorry I haven't been on here in a while. I started working out so been focusing on that. Its funny how your body works.. You quit smoking and when you start working out your body doesn't crave cigs any more. Its craving me to work out more. I walk 45 min a day 2 times a day now.. I dont think about cigs not that much any more.. Now its my goal to lose 35lbs and lose some inches...
