I WILL MAKE IT THIS TIME

yes its the 26th day today, since i have taken a cigarette.

but must tell friends , i have been taking nicotine tabs (four to five) to get the devil

in control.

apart from this i have been regularly going to gym.

i am feeling more happy, energetic , healthy and confident.

my quitting date is 1st of July 2016.

i had been taking on an average 5 cigs a day.

so i have not smoked 130 sticks till today.

I WILL MAKE IT THIS TIME.

VIJAY

That is really good to hear. Don't worry too much about the nicotine tabs, as long as you are not smoking then all is good. Going to the gym regularly is the icing on the cake.

Keep going. Well done. 😃😃
