Welcome Subodh_verma - congratulations on 9 days smoke free, that is great, be proud of yourself. I too quit cold turkey over 20 months ago and also posted here on Day 8 as was literally pulling my hair out :O You are in the thick of the mental battle as your brain re-wires and repairs from all the poisonous damage from cigarettes. I promise, it will get easier as each day passes, just take hour by hour, day by day, keep busy, lots of water, bit of exercise and above all stay close to us, we are here to help and support anytime and any way we can :)

Below is a link to some helpful posts if not already read, wishing you strength, you can do this!

Cold turkey your rockin give those craves a little space as they come and they get shorter and less of them the farther you get from that last cigarette 9 days that's a million miles from 25 years of smoking give your self a big pat on the back you broke away from the nicotine it's going to be your body and mind making changes from all the chemicals your so used to getting great to here

I read somewhere recently that cold-turkey approach has a slightly better success rate in the earlier stages. You are more likely to get to be of the smokes at the 6 month mark. Good luck it does get easier. I also found that changing my routine helped and no coffee in the morning, got rid of a major smoking trigger.
