Not a bad one and I know why I'm craving a cigarette.. I've swapped my smoking addiction to sweets and chocolate π So decided to cut them out today and go on a diet lol
And I think I'm craving a cigarette because I don't know what to do with myself π
Not giving in to it because I know it will pass.. so I came here to post instead lol

Hey Louise, your number 1 priority is not to smoke at this still very early stage in your quit - nothing or nobody should come in the way of jeopardising your quit - if you need sweets and chocolate, so be it, have them but please don't put unnecessary pressure on yourself - any weight gain can be addressed later on when you are stronger in your quit.
Haha yeah took me until this afternoon to feel normal again π But I took it easy on the drink and DIDNT smoke.. stayed in a group of non smokers and was so busy chatting.. didn't notice one craving!
Hey Louise, sorry I've only just seen this post. A chocolate bar is so much better than a cigarette in all comparison. But you done the right thing posting on here. Stay strong you got this, your doing so well πͺπͺ
