Good to read an update from you Jodiyogi , wow 68 days already, time is flying As previously advised, the recovery is a slow gradual process and usually quitters start getting some sort of normality and traits of a non smoker around the 6 month mark but you should be seeing improvements week by week.
With regards the numbness you are experiencing, this might not be quitting related so perhaps a trip to your doctor is needed just for piece of mind.
Hello all the tingling is great feeling blood getting to places that has not had any for a long time New blood vessels in your face it's all going the way it should it's fantastic to feel a breeze on your feet instead of always cold feet. And gas let it roll your healing good luck
The numbness and tingling could be your circulation getting better but I would still get it checked out. I agree with RoisinO1 , I would see a doctor just to be on the safe side.
