68 days smoke free!!

I'm still experiencing some numbness and tingling in my hands, feet and face, and am still gassy as well.

I guess it's taking me a bit longer than most to get back to feeling like myself....

I did NRT for 15 days and then cold turkey.

I hope to be normal soon!

Good luck to everyone😃

Good to read an update from you Jodiyogi , wow 68 days already, time is flying :) As previously advised, the recovery is a slow gradual process and usually quitters start getting some sort of normality and traits of a non smoker around the 6 month mark but you should be seeing improvements week by week.

With regards the numbness you are experiencing, this might not be quitting related so perhaps a trip to your doctor is needed just for piece of mind.

Look forward to reading your progress :)

Hello all the tingling is great feeling blood getting to places that has not had any for a long time New blood vessels in your face it's all going the way it should it's fantastic to feel a breeze on your feet instead of always cold feet. And gas let it roll your healing good luck

Well done Jodiyogi , two months under your belt!

The numbness and tingling could be your circulation getting better but I would still get it checked out. I agree with RoisinO1 , I would see a doctor just to be on the safe side.
