Past 100 days some time ago mind is way out there some place but for the most part feel great I wish all a good safe and smoke free holiday. looking forward to 2017 and not thinking about the new year stop smoking shin dig I'm there thanks to you guys

September 4th 9 pm my last smoke from dp338 I stopped by getting acupuncture about a month before I stopped I forgot all about it because it did not have any affect on me but that's the only thing I can think of so I'm not a cold turkey quiter but I don't need a smoke
