Hi everyone! 42 days smoke freeđź‘Źđź‘Ź. The craving is no longer there, however, I'm still working on focusing ( still feel scatter brained).
Just wanted to ask if anyone is or has experienced feet and hand. Numbness? As I mentioned previously, I do a daily (sometimes twice) Bikram yoga practice and eat well.
Help???

Hey Jodiyogi - good to hear from you, congratulations on 42 days smoke free, well done!
the brain fog is perfectly normal and will last for another while as the brain is working hard to re-wire after the damage done from smoking
With regards the hands and feet numbness, this could be your circulation getting back to normal but for piece of mind maybe a trip to your doctor may be needed if it gets worse or is worrying you. Keep up the great work!
