How do I change quit days? Kinda like to keep track I think it's encouraging...
what do you mean change quit dates? There is quite a few applications on tracking your quit, there is one on facebook called 'Quitometer' which is easy to use and set up or you can just google one.....

I referring to the text under my name "One day smoke free" . I want to change it to something else or at least be able to change the days to the actual...today would be "3 days" and so on
Hey nadavat , that is your milestone badge that I assign to members for some not all milestones achieved, your next one will be 1 week, then 1 month, 3 months, 50 days, 100 Days, 6 Months, 9 Months and your biggie 12 months - as I am administrator on this community, I can only assign the badges as it unfortunately cannot be done automatically within the community so I do it manually for the members here as motivation and encouragement, did you try any trackers online?
