I've no excuses, and for that, I mean we all have excuses, but life has been a tad difficult, and hugely upsetting over the last few week, so in my wisdom, I got back on the wagon ten days ago.

Kitchen flooded again.

Grandson, going histerical, re injections.

Bay window falling down.

Our son, has been diagnosed with a illness.

Husbands waiting on test, has been quite unwell, lost loads of weight.

Broke a bone in my foot.

Got damp at the side wall of house.

Plus had to have my tablet repaired. ( but that's ok)

So didn't want to post, until I was at least a week into my new quit.

Hope all is well with one and all

Just a updateπŸ‘πŸ˜€

Well I am unsure what to say about lall the rubbish things that have happened except that I hope you are OK (or at least as OK as you can be).

I think that you should be congratulated foe getting back on the wagon. Keep trying and you will succeed.

I hope everything gets sorted out for you soon. 😊

Dont beat yourself up about it, i had a similar situation, the day i stopped smoking i started feeling unwell, i had stopped smoking for 6 weeks, and in all that time i was still feeling very unwell all that time, my blood pressure went up to 186/90, i don't usually have high blood pressure, so the next day i had to go back to the docs, and he sent me for blood tests and it came back showing everything was alright, and this time it showed liver, he said that has never been there before, and they found bloody Gallstones, then had to have another blood test this time a Chemical blood test, then they found in my Pancreas a cyst, excuse me if i swear but i was bloody angry about getting sick when i stopped smoking, so i did go off the wagon for a couple of days, but i am now stopped smoking again, and still not feeling well, so see what happens this time

Good to hear from you Tracey3 and sorry to hear about the so not deserved very rough time you seem to be continuously going through, but the good thing coming out of it is that you're not giving up quitting. Learn from every new quit - you will have your solid one - never give up on hope... :)
