Something I've noticed

.... is that when I take a really deep breath I don't get that 'catch' at the end. Also, when I cough, it is simply that, a little cough ... It doesn't have that 'crackle' which identifies someone as a smoker straight away. Feels good! 18 month quit, now, but don't know when I first noticed these give away signs had disappeared.
