So just after I have bought a chicken wrap and a banana for my lunch 2 colleagues have come in and asked me to go to the pub for lunch. Have used all my willpower up on the no smoking. Anyone want a chicken wrap?

Not to sure on the chicken wrap, thanks for thing of us all, true will power, at a instance at the pub, hugely difficult place, as we all know,  smoking and beer, are like cheese with crackers, they go to gether,!!!!    but try eating them on there own, quite lush don't you think.

It got worse! Birthday at work so cakes brought in this afternoon. Cream donuts, gateau...the lot.
