Eciggers!

Anyone experienced a hell of a lot of cotton mouth whilst on ecig? My mouth is drier than the bloody Sahara! And the skin from my cheeks are like peeling! (Sorry to be gross!)

Can't say I have Ash, but I do get heartburn if I use it a lot.

The propylene glycol and glycerin in the e liquids are both hygroscopic (moisture absorbers) so this may be why your mouth is feeling dry. Some people can also be allergic to PG.

Are you using it very much?

I've just been using it as a replacement to cigs, I don't have it stuck in my face all day long. Although my cousin does and he's been fine. Must be just one of those things. Thanks though x

Why do you think that?

Would you say the same for gum or patches? Like all nicotine is disgusting?

hi ashsmash

I'm a vaper and haven't found dry cotton mouth.

are you drinking plenty of water.i think a dry mouth can be connected to stopping smoking

ive had ulcers.not sure why❓

cold sores not sure why.❓

if your skin is sore ask your doc about it.

sorry,not much help

take care 😊

That's the thing it's not sore, just the inside of my mouth coming away. Very peculiar feeling. But hey ho, one of those things I'd assume! Thanks! X

Hope it's of some use.

Hey Ash, great to see you back on your quit, delighted!   I have no experience with the e-cigs but perhaps a trip to your local chemist might help,  also check the side affects and if using too high of a dosage and too much....

try coconut oil pulling. it is amazing

use i teaspoon virgin coconut oil when you wake in mornjng. squish in mouth for 20 mins (build up to  this) then spit out (not into toilet or sink because it can block it) then rinse mouth with warm water and brush.

your mouth will be softened and revived and your gums will improve and teeth will be brighter.

this incredible ayurvedic process has lots of benefits. check out tge rest on line.

good luck :-)
