I've just finished first session at gym and feel great. I've chucked my vape and moved onto 1mg lozenges and only using 6 of the recommended 8-12 a day. Decided I needed to get away from the hand to mouth habbit but also realised I also needed a bit of help

Thank you. Your support has been amazing. I really enjoyed it. Roll on Wednesday πŸ˜€ I also joined the library on my way out the leisure centre poor hubby had to wait an hour because I was gossiping to the sign up lady. Last Monday seems so long ago.

Melsamoo...Well done, that first gym visit or home workout (I am 120 Km away from nearest gym) I was sore..Felt that my Diaphragm was punctured and suffered painful cramps but it got better and later felt great after a session...Now on 5 km jog every second day and home gym 45 min workout..3 days per week..Feels great !!

Come on summer...!!!

Oh it was amazing didnt feel half as stressed when my son came home with his teenage attitude. Hubby joined our local gym few weeks ago (we moved to a new area) so I got encouragement from him. I'm also taking the dog for long walks up the hills to get my blood pumping and to help clear my lungs. feel like im in control

Feel like I reached another milestone this morning as I didn't feel the need for a lozenge until 3 hours after waking. I had been making myself wait half hour. πŸ˜€ can't say I'll be the same tomorrow but I'll not find out till I get there

Woke up feeling like I had 20 fags on a night out last night. My chest is really tight it's clostrafobic. Hopefully going gym this morning will help to open it up. I was shocked last night when I took my last lozenge of the day and found it was only my 4th. They have been my lifesaver and I've been naturally reducing them. Without any thought all is good 😊
