My mantra for today!

For to day at least, I just have to keep going, not the most positive of days, but consoling my self the the fact, I don't smell of nasty smoke.

A good mantra Tracey. It does stink doesn't it? I was in a car the other day while the driver was smoking and it was making me feel sick. Didn't used to bother me. I didn't say anything of course in case he threw me out.

that's one of the things I noticed.if someone was walking in front of me yards away I could smell them.if someone passed in a car .i could smell them.

I have noticed.funnily enough just today.how many tabs.ends on floor.how messy it looks and more importantly How much money was spent???

anyway now on a long weekend.yeah

going to see friends in Bempton.
