The urge is strong.
But hanging on,
To the better times ahead.
So all in all a early night, tucked up in my bed.
Tomorrow a new day. So hoping it's a good one

Hi Tracey - how long is it since you quit?
I no the feeling tracy my heads been fuzzy all day my lungs feel sore all in all got strength of a kitten lol
Yes, my mantra is just keep going, that said sometimes easier than others
Just one day at a time and no pressure I always think. I reserve the right to smoke today if I want, but I probably won't...
Very wise there Tracey3.
When craving's hunger bites
It's best to climb the wooden hill
And say to all, "goodnight!"
Thats it Tracey, do whatever it takes to get you through these early days....
If you are into it, would suggest listening to your favourite music when the cravings are bad or do something you really enjoy doing......
Like it.
I don't know how long I've been stoping.probably 5 weeks.lost count.
Plus I did smoke 3 sigs but binned 7.so I think I'm gonna pretend I didn't smoke the 3.
Is that bad.ha(was all in a couple of hours)
But were doing well
Take care
Keep kicking
