Zero fines for the car smoking ban

We all probably know about the no smoking ban that was brought into play last october about no smoking in cars with children.

Well I've just found out from here that there actually hasn't been not one prosecution for this law since it was introduced. As it's not very effective I can probably see this law being bypassed

Thanks for posting Rachel. Just read the article - seems a bit daft that it isn't being enforced!
