Serious stress on the drought we have in Southern Africa.... My whole business rely on Irrigation water and we are down to less than a months supply.

But we look up to the sky and every cloud has got a promise of rain....

It's crazy as the benefits are many and tangible why would I ever smoke lol can't begin to tell u the improvements down stairs ha ha actually wakes me up during the night fab x

I only started the new champix box on saturday, it has 56 pills(1 month) but because I'm only taking one a day it's going to take me up to Christmas, since I am no longer sick with it, I think I'm going to take it to the end and when I get to the last week , I'll just take half a day until I finish the pack.

I am perfectly ok now, but I am terribly afraid of stopping too soon...I'm not stopping in 2 weeks as we were talking before.

I still can't believe how easy it is to walk away from a craving or a trigger...I am certainly enjoying this very much, I wish I did it earlier.

Mmaya .. Very wise decision to complete the Champix coarse..even at 1 per day..It is nice to quit with bearable cravings !!

Hey folks how you guys getting on ? Was at hospital today I injectec myself with methotrexate low dose chemo once a week it seems my body is not tolerating it anymore due to problems I been having lately so that's me off the meds for now so I'm now on oral steroids until they can get me on a different disease modifing drug, hmmm steroids... Fat times ahead me thinks

I refused to do any treatment. I'm trying different types of natural things... Haven't had any pain in abt 2 months...I wonder if that's just another one like the migraines that disappeared since I stopped smoking?!
