any ecig...another set of problems...

Hi Everyone,

Well, I thought the Ecig would be the answer, and in a way it is. I am not craving a roll-up at all. However, I still have a headache and sore throat, and to be honest, not feeling great.

Mentally fine. Physically no!

I wonder of there are any

Hi Elizabeth... so good to see you again and still determined to quit.

Don't know about the Ecig. Bought one and used it once before my quit but did not get attached to it.....Didn't do nothing for me.....

I use ecigs as well I don't think you can blame them for not feeling well, there are a lot of bugs around so I think that's the problem, where are you by the way

Hi Jilli, I'm in the South West of the UK.

My throat is really sore today and have mouth ulcers. I'm going to persevere (how ridiculous is that) because I have no desire to smoke tobacco. I don't know what to do really.

I have heard that a lot of people that quit do get mouth ulcers and sore throat, it seems to be part of the process, I am in Australia and we have a lot if bugs around at the moment but guess with you being in the UK we can't blame it on that 😜 perservere it does seem to pass x
