The key to quitting smoking is to make a conscious effort to change the way you think about smoking, instead of seeing quitting as making a sacrifice and depriving yourself then look on it as a positive thing regaining health, wealth and control. If you constantly battle against thoughts that you are denying yourself a great pleasure then one day you'll have a what the ***k moment and spark up. The objective is to make smoking simply something that you used to do and something that you are content not to be doing any more.
Hi this will be my third time of trying I first did it in 2007 but unfortunately started again, its hubby and me and will be using patches i have seen NicNirth is still on here I remember you from before. Am looking forward to being smoke free, day one Monday 17 August, its needs must this time as hubby has clogged artieries.
