A Grand Day Out

It's my day off, and I'm going to the seaside with the Mr.

YAY!

BUT it's my first time since quitting and I'm suddenly a bit apprehensive. Determined not to slip, but actually, thinking about it, I haven't faced any challenges since the first week. So. am arming myself with lists and sweeties, and waving my magic sword of NOPE! Wish me luck, friends, and I wish all of you a happy and smokefree day x

This is where I jump in and tell you how wonderful it is living by the Sea, :rolleyes::rolleyes:, it's cold, foggy, really windy and we never get proper snow :mad: I tend never to go down to actual beach, I actually hate sand , think I just take it for granted as have stayed here all my life. But I do like the fresh crisp air x. But I hope you enjoy your day Incy x

You can Caroline no probs, :p, I must confess when I go abroad, I miss my little town, the air quality and the views, my house looks down over the town and views the Glens (mountains) don't know if you call them glens in England x

Haven't been to W-super-Mud for yonks, Donna! As a kid I once got REALLY stuck there, refused to go back again! Thought it was The End...

Went to Mudeford today, had a lovely walk along to Hichcliffe and back, smashing lunch, bit more strolling and running around with the dog. A perfect day AND not once was I tempted to smoke
