Well the practicalities of sleeping, I just am not sleeping well, am open to suggestion?

Ok at getting to sleep but just wake up atoned this time every night

Hey Tracey,

I always had hard time falling asleep so I really sympathize with you. What's doing it for me lately is Melatonin, which is available over-the-counter where I live. Not sure about the UK though? It's supposed to help you with both falling and staying asleep.

I'll add if I remember anything else, apart from the standard tips you most likely already know :)

Have you always been upsidaisy with sleeping? Does it come and go or does it go on for weeks?

I started 4am waking about 2 yrs ago and after weeks of battling it I gave in and just got up and had an hour or so to myself and got things done. I had never had sleeping problems before so it was a struggle at first. Since quitting I have started waking at 3am but I stay put and after an hour-ish I do get back to sleep. I hope some of the tips the girls have given you bring some relief xx
