Would like to kinda introduce myself, I'm not new to this page, it has been nearly 5 years since I was last here and unfortunately I have fallen off the wagon. I don't want to discourage anyone in the early stages of quitting because once you get through those tough few weeks it's not long until you become a non-smoker and barely think about it - it feels great! I honestly thought that after 4 1/2 years off the fags that one wouldn't hurt, you know the situation - out with friends having a drink and slowly it starts getting its grip on you, next thing you're sneaking out and buying them, I didn't think I'd get hooked again, but I was wrong. I have never felt better than when I was a non-smoker and these last couple of months have been "rubbish". This forum helped me immensely and I'm now back with my tail between my legs sorry guys.

Welcome Sharkey and as the others have said, don't beat yourself up too badly. You made a mistake, you've learned from it, you're back on the wagon and you won't make the same mistake again. Don't write off your fantastic 4.5 year quit for the sake of a few mad months. You'll soon have quit again for longer than you slipped.
Do post and share how things go with us. You'll have loads of experience you can share as we'll give you all the encouragement and support you need.
