Linda m8 don't do it, you are doing so well. Know you have had lots to deal with but you have done it before and you can do it again. Take care.

Stay strong.

Read these two pages Linda and see if they help.

Also if you go onto the Allen carr website you can download his "Scandal" book for free. It contains a lot of the stuff from "Easyway".

Try here.

Linda stay strong...you know you can and WILL.

Good luck!!

Linda!?! what's going on!!!

Well you've got to tell yourself its another phase and will pass and you have to get it straight that it is a choice not a sacrifice, in fact you have gained so much from quitting.

Focus on the all good things about not smoking i.e. health, wealth, not stinking, not being a social outcast, not being ruled by having to make sure that you have sufficient supplies of cigs to function etc. Do you really want to go back to the bad days!

Oh, and you won't be yourself again if you cave, you will be the chemically altered Linda that you were for so long previously.

No pressure here but if you fail now what kind of example is that to us early days quitters!!!!!

Now, pull yourself together and banish the nicodemon!

Good luck, I don't need to tell you that you can do it. Deep down you know you can, after all you've got this far.

Cheers

Nic

Linda, i'll just echo the sentiments expressed by the others - just dont do it! You know deep down its not worth it. At this point (9 months down ) it will do ZERO to help you, and you'll only feel let down by yourself after.

Really try to stay strong.

Will be thinking of you!

Linda,

There is no such thing as fate, it so you can't tempt it!

Your son's problems will remain the same whether you are a smoker or not, you have put so much time and effort into it so far I really hope you can see it through.

I hope he can get back to being dry soon and sort things out.

Best wishes,

Nic
