hi! I lurk on here a fair bit but have decided to show my face 'so to speak' !
Have been quit nearly 3 & 1/2 months now. This was my first time i tried in 30 odd years, of 20 a day. went on champix & here i am. Got off the champix after 7 weeks, im feeling good but i know i cant get sloppy... its still an ongoing battle! pleased to meet you all

Never mind if you tried and failed, believe in yourself that This Time you will stop for ever. It is all about your mindset. If that is focused and determined, you will be going for gold. You will have highs and lows, smoking is an addiction after all, so don't expect it to be easy.
