Well its the 26th tomoz and the end of my first month.
Got it down to nothing more than a mini loz first thing in the morning and a few pieces of gum throughout the day.
Strange thing is though i still feel like something is missing !!! I know i wont ever smoke again but i really do need to get this sorted so i can get on with my life.
Keep hearing about allen Carr so have just ordered the paper back version to see if there is anything in there that can help me.

Congrats on your first month, that's brilliant! The feeling of something missing is awful isn't it, you know you don't want to smoke but there's just an emptiness sometimes.... It does ease a bit after a while and I'm guessing it does go completely otherwise we wouldn't have so many long term quitters on here, good shout getting the Allen Carr book I've ordered it too just to reinforce my quit and get my brain refocused again after my little dabble , as Jen said hopefully it will help xx
