2 whole months later & moving into month 3, wot a result

:)hi all, feel overwhelmed with the fact i dont smoke & i havent for 2 calendar months, it is starting to feel good that smoking dosnt interfere with my life anymore & the feeling of achievement I am feeling at this point is brilliant. But because its been a bit of a rollercoaster ride I really dont know what to expect tomorrow or next week, But for now I feel good. Thanks everyone for support:)

Let me be the first to congratulate you. Well done, so impressed, great to see you in here. It is a rollercoaster ride but one you'll never have to do afgain as long as you never take another puff.

Thats super news that is.. certainly something to cheer me up today as a first post of the day read :) I was up farrrrrrrrrrrr to late last night with the insomniacs of the forum it seems., would you believe there is still some of us about at 5am?

We are so hard core us lot, and yet just a little bit daffy duck thrown in :)

Well kitkat, you sure have come a long way... just to put it in perspective though, look at these quotes as posted by you in the earliest days of your quit. Bet you see, and feel the difference now don't you :)

trying to convince myself that the addiction causes the stress & that i can do everything that normally happens in my everyday life just the same... if that makes sense? still early days but im quite pleased that i have come through day 2 & i am smiling at the fact that the patches are helping. & that it is possible.... im looking to far ahead i know but at this moment.. im scared of the patch weaning process & any nights out that may be coming up which involves alcohol .. of which i have already said no to one next weekend with the girls........but my head should just think today & be proud of today....thanks for reading x

day 3 im through day 1 & 2 & onto day 3 of which im finding quite difficult why is that? its tougher then day 1!!!! omg keep getting cravings & grumps & generally bad mood!!! im in work soon just hope it takes my mind off it & get away from the nagging kids till 6.30pm lol x hope it gets better i will post later my stomach is kind of yearning for somethings missing, the back of my mouth wants to feel the sensation of smoking & my head is saying you will do this just for today .... thanks for listening
