Here you go guys, some good news!

Research suggests that although when we quit, on average we could put on 5kg, but we lose that again over time and in general quitters of more than a year tend to weigh, on average, similar to that of never-smokers.

oh that's good news, I definitely ate my way through weeks 8-11. Not so much before then, strangely.:D
