Hi all,

Haven't been around much since my early quit so unlikely anyone remembers me but though it would poke my head in the door and say hi.

Hopefully everyone is going well and staying c free! I missed my 6 month date....boooo but it some ways that's great, c's...pah, who cares hehe

Since quitting I decided to make a change that meant something to me. 5 years ago due to an extra 60kg and a pack a day habit I wouldn't have been able to run to the front door! So I've joined a gym, attending an hr a day, weight is lower than when smoking. The first day I posted here I never could have imagined the changes in 6 months no matter how much you all good me how good things would be. So happy I listened at least a little and took that leap of faith. Thank you all xo

Oh and I survived Christmas in France/Czech republic....boy do they smoke a lot lol
