Morning :D

So here i am in the room which shall support me until I make my 1st month complete :D. Super pleased to be here, I can't thank you enough for your support the last few weeks.

Main side effects at the moment are definitely insomnia and also I have the circulatory issue back this morning (pins, needles and numbness). Still a small price to pay to be free of my 20 a day smoking habit :D:D:D:D

Woohoo you're doing fab!!

What's it like in the 1 month room then? :D

Hope you can sleep better soon, and your pins and needles clear - it's flipping horrible!!

Thanks Gemma :D. Yeah the circulatory issue freaks me out a bit being honest. It did settle a bit last week but seems to be back with a vengeance this morning.

My new room feels fab :D. Each one gets better and better. I never get too comfortable though as I like to keep moving forwards ;)

Hope your Sunday morning is going well :):):)

It should sort itself out *hopefully* know my toes felt funny, worse last time though, but it all picked up again - all the stuff we don't notice until we stop :(

Oooh and fab, they do all get more and more comfy the further you go :D

Am having a good morning thanks, hope you are too !!

Many congratulations Lindy :D

I'm sure the circulatory issues will settle down soon. It seems to be a very common side-effect of quitting. I'm definitely more sensitive to heat and cold than I was prior to my quit (especially cold) and I still get pins & needles in my fingers and toes occasionally (though it seems to be gradually wearing off).

Fantastic achievement- nearly a month under your belt!! :)

Great to see you moving on up Linda, you're doing really well and have certainly had some pretty tough circumstances and issues in your first three weeks, all of which you have overcome in style!

I know the sleep issue is a major pain but it WILL improve. I had another lightbulb moment, had almost forgot! Have you bought new pillows? If you stop and think, your pillows have been impregnated with your faggy breath and, assumably, faggy drool (I know, ick, but apparently we all do in our sleep). I bought new ones as soon as it occurred to me and it made a huge difference for me. Got to be worth a bash!

Hadn't thought of that until you mentioned it before but considering how much smoke smell clings, it's a good possibility!!

Might explain some of the smoking dreams too?

Oh I went out and bought lots of new bedding but never replaced the actual pillows, you could be on to something there! Will get some new ones tomorrow! Thanks Kat :D
