Not really much change from my last milestone, but that was only 17 days ago (6 months).
For all you peeps in the early stage of your quits, Keep at it as it will get easier.
It's well worth it!

Barney thats fantastic, well done. You have supported me a few times when i have been down and i thank you for that. I too will get to 200 days too in about july/august time seems like forever.
Its hearing all your stories that it gets easier that keeps me going.
Thank you Mr or Mrs 'No Smoking Day' type moderator thingy bob!
Never mind how long you've been quit or how much money you've saved.. all of these details pale into insignificance when compared to the true motivation. Well done Barney, you have now been Spoken At and can adopt the special language of the Few: so I shall only say this once:
firstly well done all those that have been given up for 200 days!!! (that includes myself lol) this 'voice from above', well i have no such message!!!
does that mean i am not worthy?????
Hi Sandie.. of course you're worthy.. it's just that the 'Voices' tend to be a bit random if you know what I mean! I'm sure your time will come.. Meanwhile, keep up the good work!
