Drinking my tea this morning with TV on,there was a news report that said if your trying to quit smoking it's been proved if you can distract your mind for 3 mins with some sort if game ( they said Tetris) the crave would be gone
This is something everyone prob knows...but thought I'd let you know anyway:D:D

Lol, well I kicked my Candy Crush addiction....
And got hooked on Bubble Mania, Candy Blast Mania, Fruit Splash Mania, and so on and so on.

Totally agree, my addictions at the moment are pet rescue, 4 pics 1 word and god help me, odd socks!:eek::D...that is so addictive yet so pointless!
