Morning everyone

Well day 1 today(again).

Woke at 7.15 and put patch on. Got up at 8.15 and feeling ok.Not craving, but from last attempt know its gonna come.:eek:

Feel happy with decision to quit again.Can`t wait for energy levels to return.

How are you Gav and Redkelly.I need you on here.

Good morning everyone...

It's now 10:06 am and feeling strong.

Hey Barb looks like we've started off quite well, I'll just be happy to see the back of day 1.

For me day 1 is the easiest day to give up on as you don't really lose much.

I reckon Redkelly is sleeping through day 1

I was going too but my wife kicked me out of bed at 8:57 am

Then my cat wouldn't get off my fleece so I froze when I put the wheelie bin out.

Then on the way back I looked down on the ground and saw the body of a mouse. Notice how I said body!!! Two feet to the left was the head.

Which brings me back to the cat wouldn't get off my fleece!!!! Because she was too tired from all that hunting last night...

Anyhow here is a picture of my little fluff ball.

Aaarrrgggghhhh!!!!!!! I just finished writing the previous post, submitted it and thought "Time for a smoke before starting work".... Nooooooo.... It's started....

However the thought did pass quickly, I think it was an habitual thingy majiggy thing

Is she half Siamese? only I had a cat once just like meg she was called jaycee, being half Siamese she miaowed a lot!!

Don't know if she is part Siamese or not... But she is a very talkative cat, especially when she wants her can of Tuna .

I call her my little Plumpkins now as she is getting a bit fat around the belly. But then again she is 12 years old now. No spring chicken

It's absolutely marvellous... I actually time a no smoking campaign to tie in with the end of our current projects at work and I find my self sitting in my office so bored it's unreal. And all I can think about is smoking...
