I am concerned a little that it has been ok thus far :confused:
Another couple of days of my management course to do which I enjoy a lot and then the weekend.
PLAN - no alcohol and loads of sleep and tv

Hi Melby, just focus on the now, the rest will take care of itself, good plan to just chill out this weekend, I think the first couple of weeks you need to be really kind to yourself and just roll with it, if ur tired sleep, if ur hungry eat what you want, sit in the bath for 2 hours whatever gets you through, like John said some people can quit easily you might be lucky
