Hi all my name is Lou and Im 31 and I have been a non-smoker for 20 days woohoo!!

Seem to be having a bad a few days not wanting to do much and wanting to cry!! Hopefully this will pass soon as I have 3 kids I dont have much time to sit about and feel sorry for myself.

Been on thiss ite a few times in the last couple of weeks for tips so thought it was about time i should join!!

The tearyness, oh heck yes that will go but it feels so crappy doesn't it?

I've been using champix which have been great apart from the nausea which is starting to ease now.

last 2 days have been a struggle but it can only get easier.

Hi Lou,

I was the same yesterday found it really tough, joined this and have really loved everyone's tips and words of encouragement. Today was so much better and I made it to day 7 smoke free! Well done on reaching day 20 and keep going!
