Day 4---Almost forgotten what it feels like to smoke!?!?

Day 4, get in there!!!

I have actually almost forgotten what its like to be a smoker. Although only day 4, i feel like ive stopped smoking for a lot longer. Strange.

I feel totally different from my last quit. Knowing that i can still do what i want without worrying about not being able to smoke makes me feel so free!

Again i understand smoking does NOT define me, i am me with or without smoking. Situations occur with or without smoking. I couldn't get my head around this last time but i have learnt soooo much. Its a journey, from what i went through last time, to smoking again and now quitting again. I think thats why they say quitting often takes many attempts??

Well lovely people, i hope you are all fabulous & have a fantastic day xxxxx

The fact you feel totally different is a good sign... I did too this time, this coming from someone who was going to sabotage my quit after a couple of days and put it back to official no smoking day march 14th just to buy a bit more smoking time... What was I thinking?:eek:

Impressive that you have forgotten what it was like to be a smoker especially after 4 days but it's all positive so good on you and keep up the good work :) xx

  • Maybe a bit ambitious saying i dont think about smoking, its as you said Max something has clicked. But then saying all this i know how nasty the addiction can be so i'm always vulnerable but i'm strong & i will fight against it. X

Got it myself when I was still smoking and from then on didn't enjoy my fags any more - and well, just say I'm the last person most people would expect to say that!!

so glad you've that the moment hun, you keep that thought going and you'll be just fine :D

  • That 'click' is massive. Life-changing massive.
