It's exactly 1 month since I have had a cig there have been a few trials and tribulations that would have had me reaching for the lamberts but not this time I know smoking won't solve any of it! I remember when I joined (feels like years ago), I read one of your posts...you must have been on day 3 or 4, I guess.

You sounded really positive, and I thought to myself "if I can get to day 4 and feel as happy as this lady does, then what am I worrying about?"

Of course there have been some struggles, but winning isn't as enjoyable when it's easy, is it?

And now look! A month down. What a remarkable achievement :cool:

Ah thanks Steve, I reckon we are definitely all going to smash records with the freedom fighters and that's all down to the positive attitude from everyone and support Deb gives, we will be bestowing lavish gifts on her with all the money we have saved from smoking when we get to that penthouse cant wait for the FF'ers party woooo hoooo
