Well well, how fast did that little anniversary come round! 4 weeks of fresh air, no running to the garage for fags at a silly hour, no smelling of ****e, no money falling through my fingers, no morning coughs, no more craves (I craved more for a fag when I was a smoker than a non-smoker, due to long meetings at work!) FREEDOM!!!
Loving this quit, my head is in the right place, feel focused, and happy to have broken the chain of misery and ludicrousy!
A very happy non-smoker!

Hi,
This is awesome. Well done You have done really well, Time does seem to fly.
Thanks Jon, thanks Kat...I recieved my very first friend request too-didn't know you could do all that kinda stuff on here-still learning the ropes-so welcome my first new friend-jonclarke10 x
Well done, SweetB! I bet you're feeling full of life and energy again, too, aren't you! What fabulous things come back to us once we get rid of stupid fags, eh!
Not so much lucky as it is due to the fact that our Maxwell is comatose as he approaches the end of nights and we all know what that does to the delicate balance of his little grey cells!;)
Factor in his decrepitude as well (which obviously results in the little grey cells dying and not being replaced) and you can see exactly how she got that one past him!;)
Well done SweetB, a month is a big deal, it's the length of time that for me re-enforced my seriousness about quitting and gave me the confidence that it really was achievable. Congratulations, hope you're proud!

Thankyou I am proud of myself, and also proud how I have dealt with this-I have really tried to stay happy, not get down, remain my usual positive self, and to also enjoy my quit journey...which I have x
