Day 3 almost done.

I'm coming to the end of day 3 and all in all it hasn't been a bad day at all, much better than yesterday. I have developed a horrible cough, but I'm assuming that's just part of the healing process.

It'll be interesting how I'll manage at work tomorrow. I know I will manage, but it'll be strange.

Onwards and upwards!

You're right, it's a healing process and you are getting better!!

It does feel odd, and being at work is kind of odd, not having smoke breaks especially but you can and will do it - make sure you keep busy and you'll be just fine!!

And you're right. The cough is very common indeed. It drove me mad for a few days but it soon wore off.

Good luck at work today. All sorts of things will feel a bit odd at first but they will all start to form a new shape soon.

I hope you're doing OK at work. Funny, I find work days easier to cope with than weekends.

Hiya good stuff getting through day 3 pretty unscathed it's notorious for being pretty difficult... First day back at work as a non smoker is just one of the "firsts" us quitters have to contend with it's hard but once u have done it there will never be a first day at work not smoking again keep it up x
