Thanks all xxxxxxxxxxx day 22 now & counting..........I do get craves im not saying its easy because its blxxdy hard at times but I am at a stage now from lots of previous failed quit attempts that It is easier not to smoke then to smoke!! make sense..............the inconvienience & the cost got me more then anything ........the health side isnt something i thought about as a smoker my mind was blinkered & coz nothing was going on apart from the frequent tonsilitus (which was nasty)

But of course the health is the most important now im quit & I am well & truely healing xxxxxxxxxxxxx

Well done on three weeks, I was around that time when I joined this forum and now nine weeks later and the time has flown by to make me twleve weeks. So it won't be long but don't get complacent that nicodemon can sneak up on you and tell you "Go on just one then you can stop again" Be on your guard 24 hours a day. You can't even have just one puff if you do it wins.

Thank jack ..love the sketch...Ive had quite a few failed attempts..im sure this ones for keeps think ive learned my lesson that one smoke just leads to a whole packet, then whole week .. i was in a sad place & this ones for keeps i just know..& guards always up ..jase is always nagging me :D lol
