Hi all

Iv been going 2 or 3 times a day, before I quit I was a first thing in the morning person:confused:

I also have become very windy now the thing is I never used to mind the smell,

but since iv quit they don't smell like my own

Sorry about the subject but would like to know if anyone else has the same things

going on.

Lol yeah that can happen!!

Lot of people get bunged up, but if you're like me and chew a lot of sugarfree gum or eat a lot of sugarfree sweets the sorbitol is a laxative sooooo :eek:

I've been burping a lot - sooo ladylike :eek:

I was exactly the same in my last quit and this one I have been four times today its mad. I have never had a cough so I still have this theory that the muck is absorbed into your body and comes out that way instead xxx

Well it *is* coming out of your lungs and if you're not coughing it up you're swallowing it, icky but true!!
