Hi all

Day 6 and only just got round to posting.

Really, really, really wanted a fag first thing this morning, but styled it out and still smoke free one if the benefits of a busy meetings day, no time to think about it once I was at work.

Hope everyone is good and sticking to their quits.

Hi boy in the chair. That's a week tomorrow that's gone quick. My biggest want is mornings unless I wake up at 4am and put my patch on. Busy busy is good no time to thinkxxxx

Hi debbieh I'm not a very good morning person at the best of times, not really awake till the 3rd cup of coffee, so got to be alert for the cravings I just couldn't get on with patches, made me feel weird and gave me very interesting dreams
